What is the difference between coaching and consulting?

Coaching is the supportive relationship I have with my clients, where I facilitate through probing questions access to the wisdom that innately lies within them. I assist my clients in identifying their internal obstacles to unlock their full potential to maximize their performance. I support my client in making successful decisions, taking action, and hold them accountable where they feel supported through their breakthrough.

As a consultant I am their problem solver and advisers. I conduct a needs analysis, identify problems, recommend and help implement solutions. I help my clients develop business skills and knowledge in the areas of financial management and effective communication skills to achieve their business goals.

Over the years, I came to the conclusion that a combination of both is ideal for a successful transformation in taking some clients business to the next level and achieve a balance fulfilling life.

How much are your coaching and consulting services?

I focus on the value I bring to my clients’ lives and the fulfillment of their goals and dreams. I’m value driven and I offer 2 main ways to charge for my services: by the package or a monthly fee.

I am used to going the extra mile to make sure that my clients achieve their business goals. The price range varies based on our clients’ customized package plan to achieve their goals. We incorporate added value into their customized package plan based on length of service time line to achieve their goals and dreams. My approach is clear, simple, and easy to follow and provides a practical and immediately applicable set of tools.

I offer check-in calls, phone calls, email access, assessments, goal setting, written coaching session reports, and other services.

How do you arrange your coaching and consulting sessions?

I always like to start my coaching session with a free 30-minute consultation to get an idea of how serious the person is about their goals and achievement, what their timeline is, and if we have a good rapport. It is very important that we are a good fit for each other and if there is a good energy and trust. We set an action plan and timeline to deal with the most important issues first. Whenever possible, I prefer to meet in my clients’ in person or if necessary communicate by email or phone.

I will begin and end with robust assessment, and I will find out what you want to take away from our session. This way, together, we can identify specific needs and important actions to take to measure the progress you made. Each month, or for up to six months based on the package plan, we’ll have up to four calls together. On those calls we’ll set the action steps for implementation. These assignments are due before the next call. After we determine your specific needs or goals, I will provide you a list of the resources if necessary that may help further. In addition, I’m available anytime through email.

In general, I love to work with business owners that are ready to take their business to the next level and, create a balanced fulfilling live. My ideal clients are start-ups, small businesses owners in the service and trade industry, women, salespeople, as well as universities, government agencies, mid-size companies and corporations.
