Our Company Vision
Our Aloha United Movement initiative is about uniting and rebuilding a thriving community and promoting a sustainable ecosystem with environmentally friendly practices. As a liaison a voice for our community we are on the ground connecting and sharing our unified vision of unity that connects us all that is in alignment with rebuilding a sustainable ecosystem and a happy thriving community. We seek to use our local Olelo television network and social media platform as a vehicle to get our community’s voices heard. In support of COV-19 and the rebuilding and healing of our community, we will pay it forward by offering some of our holistic healing therapies, to support the healing of our communities and have it available on Olelo local television network as well on our social media platforms.

Our company mission is to provide career advancement training and professional and management training in support of our economic thriving community. We create a safe space to build cooperative and collaborative relationships, heal ourselves, and become financially sound with our fast track DISC self-awareness assessments and business and life transformation coaching service. As a member and supporter of the LGBTQ, Women, and Veterans communities, our company is passionate about creating a safe space to heal, feel safe, understood, supported, and become financially stable.

Founder Laura (Athena) Alexander
Laura (Athena) Alexander is the founder and CEO of Alexander Consulting LLC, the parent company of Hawaii Holistic Communication Skills Training company. After serving ten years in the Air Force as a Liaison Specialist and Budget Officer; Laura incorporated those leadership skills with her entrepreneurial spirit to serve the business community. Some of the industries that benefited from her services include but are not limited to the; US Army, non-profit Organizations, the health care industry, local schools, and the University, as well as the construction and retail industry.
Her company is a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). Laura has her BA in Interpersonal Speech Communication. She is also a certified DISC Practitioner, Crystal Reiki Master Trainer, and Transformational Life Coach, in addition to training received through The Project Management Institute and Dale Carnegie Professional Training. These are designed to bring added value to her clients with over 20 years of experience in the training and development field and the business and life coaching field.
